Whether you're navigating fertility, pregnancy, postpartum recovery, incontinence, pelvic pain, sexual wellness, perimenopause, or simply ready to reconnect with your body in a deeper way, we're here to listen and provide root-cause, whole person care.
We listen first.
Your history, your nervous system, your life. All of it matters in how we uncover both the root cause of your symptoms, and how we design a program to meet you right where you are at.
We look for root causes, not just symptom relief.
Here we see your symptoms as breadcrumbs leading to the deeper story your body is trying to communicate.
Through attuned care and unhurried sessions we are able to address not just the symptoms, but what's driving them at the root.
We build a care plan around your body, your goals, and your timeline. Not a protocol.
Your care plan should be just as unique as you are. During your sessions you work 1:1 with our Doctors of Physical Therapy.
60-90 minute treatment sessions means we don't have to rush your care.
We weave somatic and energetic care into sessions when your healing calls for it.
We understand that many pelvic floor conditions arise out of nervous system patterns, how you hold chronic stress in your body, and past traumatic experiences.
Our team has specialized training in somatic and energetic practices to go deeper into healing the mind-body system when appropriate for your care.
WE WORK WITH YOU UNTIL YOU FEEL LIKE YOURSELF AGAIN.
We know just how disconnected you can feel from your body when living with pelvic symptoms. Our goal is not just to resolve your symptoms, but to guide you back home into connection with your body.
We see pelvic floor work, as soul work.

I have spent 15 years specializing in integrative women's health, and a lifetime seeking the deeper "why", and Sacred Bloom was born from what I kept seeing that conventional care was missing.
Women moving through the most initiatory moments of their lives- becoming mothers, navigating their bodies after trauma, crossing the threshold into new seasons of womanhood in permenopause and menopause, without adequate preparation, support, or a provider who could see the whole picture.
Because it's not just your muscles or your physiology driving your symptoms. It's how supported and nourished you feel in your life. It's your nervous system. Your history. Your capacity to give without depleting yourself.
And when it comes to pelvic floor health, it's most often not just a muscle problem. Sacred Bloom was born to serve women in the way they truly deserve.
With expert attuned care, that meets you where you are, and guides you in reclaiming your confidence, strength, and vitality.

The Discovery Call is a 15-minute virtual conversation with Dr. Tara. or another member of our community care team. It’s a chance for you to share what you’re navigating and get clarity on which path of care best fits your needs , whether that’s pelvic floor PT, somatic pelvic care, quantum spine sessions, or community. This is a time for you to make sure our clinic feels aligned for your goals.
If care feels aligned, you will be invited. to book your initial evaluation with on of our expert pelvic floor PT's.
Please note- we take payment at the time of booking.
We have intentionally chosen to not accept insurance and operate as an out-of-network provider. After years of working in insurance based clinics we have decided to step outside of that model in order to provide the highest level of care possible, based on what your body and nervous system actually need to heal: unhurried sessions, 1:1 care, and the ability to weave somatic and energetic care into sessions. Not care being determined by coverage limits, reimbursement schedules that prioritize volume over depth, or patients receiving less care than they actually need.
Many of our clients choose to submit superbills to their insurance provider for potential reimbursement. If you’d like to go this route, we’re happy to provide documentation for your care.
HSA/FSA cards are accepted for pelvic floor physical therapy.
Quantum Spine Sessions, HTMA tests, and Online Courses/Experiences do no qualify for insurance reimbursement.
If you need to call your insurance to ask about out of network benefits, please do so before joining the call. You can use this form to feel prepared when calling them

We are an out-of-pocket practice. Research consistently shows that people who pay directly for physical therapy often require fewer visits and spend less overall than those navigating insurance-based care. We think that says something important about what's possible when care isn't constrained by coverage limits or productivity quotas.
At Sacred Bloom we value Quality of Quantity.
Our therapists carry intentionally small caseloads. That's not an accident, it's how we protect the quality of what we offer, and how we show up fully for every person we work with.
Additional offerings may be included in your plan of care: online course library, HTMA (hair tissue mineral analysis), and Birth Story Integration sessions.
We are located in the Columbia City neighborhood of South Seattle. Our address is 3819 S. Edmunds St. Seattle, WA 98118.
We also offer virtual care worldwide. While we cannot provide physical therapy services out of the state of Washington we do offer somatic coaching and quantum spine sessions combined with a comprehensive online course.
Many out of town clients work with us virtually and then travel to us for an in-person intensive spanning 1-3 days to receive in-person hands on pelvic care.
Your pelvic floor is a group of muscles that sits at the base of your pelvis. Most people have heard they should "do their Kegels" but the pelvic floor is so much more than a muscle to squeeze. It plays a role in core stability, sexual function, lymphatic and immune health, blood flow, nervous system regulation, and even your connection to self and intuition.
Pelvic floor therapy addresses pain, tightness, and dysfunction in hips, low back, and pelvis. We support conditions and life experiences including:
-Bladder and bowel dysfunction (leaking, urgency, constipation)
-Leaking with exercise, coughing, or sneezing
-Pelvic pain, chronic tension, vaginismus, vulvodynia, and painful sex
-Endometriosis and chronic pelvic pain conditions
-Prolapse
-Pregnancy preparation and birth readiness
-Postpartum recovery, diastasis recti, and cesarean or perineal scar tissue
-Sexual dysfunction and pain with intimacy
-TMJ/Jaw/Head and Neck Pain
But at Sacred Bloom, we don't just treat muscles. We look at how your pelvic floor health is connected to your whole health: hormonal, lymphatic, digestive, emotional, energetic, and full-body mechanics. We work at the root cause, not just the symptoms.
Our staff is also trained in orthopedic physical therapy and are skilled at treating other common areas of pain including shoulders, neck, ribcage, feet, knees, ect. We treat the whole body.
Somatic Pelvic Care is a modality created by Dr. Tara Morrison, developed over years of clinical practice and her own deep study of the body's innate capacity to heal.
Over the course of her career, Dr. Tara began to see a pattern. The people who weren't getting better with conventional treatment weren't failing their rehab. Their bodies were holding something that hands-on tissue work alone couldn't reach.
Chronic pain. Traumatic birth experiences. A history of sexual or relational trauma. The cumulative weight of stress, and what it means to live in a female body in today's world. These experiences don't just live in the mind. They live in the tissue. In the breath. In the way we move, stand, and hold ourselves.
The pelvis, in particular, is where we tend to store what we haven't been able to process. Survival patterns, chronic tension, and unintegrated emotion all show up here- shaping posture, altering breathing mechanics, and driving pain and dysfunction that conventional care often can't fully explain.
Somatic Pelvic Care works at this intersection. We use somatic and energetic medicine to help the body integrate what it has been holding, so the tissues can release and the nervous system can return to its natural healing state. We are not imposing healing on the body. We are creating the conditions for the body to do what it already knows how to do.
When the body comes back into coherence, it heals.
Both Dr. Tara and Dr. Jessica practice Somatic Pelvic Care
No. And we want you to know that from the start.
During pelvic floor therapy, an internal pelvic floor examination may be offered as a way to more deeply assess and directly treat the pelvic floor muscles. It can give us useful information. But it is never required.
At Sacred Bloom, we do not perform internal exams at the first visit unless specifically requested, and appropriate for your unique situation. We believe trust and rapport with your provider should come first.
You always have the right to decline an internal examination at any point, including mid-session. Consent is ongoing here, not a one-time checkbox.
For some people, particularly those with a history of significant pelvic or sexual trauma, internal care may not be appropriate at all. In those cases we work through somatic approaches to support nervous system regulation and pelvic floor connection, alongside external influences on pelvic floor health including posture, movement mechanics, strength, and mobility.
Virtual sessions are also available. We offer somatic pelvic care virtually, and for those who are interested, we can guide you through your own internal pelvic floor self-care practices from home.
Your comfort and sense of safety are not obstacles to your care. They are the foundation of it.
On this call we will answer any questions you may have and help you navigate your best starting place with Sacred Bloom Pelvic Care. If you are ready to move forward, we ill book your 60 or 90 minute initial evalaution with one of our expert Pelvic Floor PT's
